not very good
our impression is mainly down to the hotel's staff's attitude to a problem my colleague had. After checking in and putting his belongings in his room he could not gain re-entry to his room later that evening. The hotel had no technician available until the morning to solve the problem so he was put in another room, but did not have any of his clothes or his paperwork he needed for the following day. A technician was found in the morning but it took him some time to gain entry and we were again told before he did manage to open the door that we would just have to wait, but the attitude was very off-hand. It strikes me as quite a problem if you need a technician to get in and even then it took a long time - what if my colleague needed medicine which was in his room, what if he had collapsed and entry could not be gained? It has put us off staying in any Nomad hotel again.
