Been travelling the last three weeks around Europe stayed in a lot of hotels

The decor is awesome. Shower is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful and speaks sufficient English. Good breakfast buffet.
The shuttle was difficult to find at the airport.
Very modern facilities, friendly staff couldn't do enough for us to make our time at the hotel pleasurable and help advise how to get around Paris.

Friendly over-technicalized confusion
Spend your first hour trying to figure out how your room works. Should you invest time in reading the manual? Where to start? The TV didn't work, then, magically, it did. The blinds never worked. The shower light only worked by accident after the shower was over. The "table" or tablet in normal English worked very erratically. Nothing tells you how to turn on the reading lamps-- just trial and error.
By the time you get most everything under control it's time to leave.

Although the room itself was worth my money and time, the shuttle driver’s actions has negated my view of your hotel. All that initial positive experiences were obliterated by your 6:00 am shuttle driver, on the morning of my checkout and ride to the airport.
Let me say this to you, as a veteran traveler who has stayed in many hotels in countless cities, I have never encountered the level of rudeness my daughter and I experienced from your driver.
Purely put, that morning shuttle driver is unfit for representing your hotel, if you want returning customers. Or he at least needs required training in etiquette, respect, and proper treatments of human beings staying at your hotel.
I know that I have no intention of returning to your hotel because I wouldn’t want to encounter the same experience.
Your driver doesn’t greet and didn’t not respond to greetings from me and my daughter.
We had to struggle with and load our own luggage. Although he is not mute or deaf, he used body language and gestures to signal us to get on the shuttle van.
And the worst part to this whole saga is that, once at the terminal, he unceremoniously dumped our three pieces of luggage in muddy puddles in the middle of the road!
And he drove off, leaving us to pick them up all wet and soiled.
As I said in the beginning of this reply, I will not frequent your hotels again. I put this horrific experience on the management of the hotel for hiring such a brute to serve in such close proximity with customers, away from the critical oversight of same.
Presently, I have arrived home with the filthy luggage which I will clean.
Finally, not only will I not stay at your hotel again, I am afraid that I am not able to recommend it without telling g people about your driver.
